Many homes have a powerful architectural perspective that is diminished by poor quality finish detailing.

For this renovation, our design approach was surgical- balancing facade functionality with aesthetic appeal.

We identified the existing fenestration as lacking in finish quality; failing to meet the owners desire for interior privacy.

The existing window surrounds were demolished and replaced by custom molding with copper flashing, to complement the existing copper gutters.

Additionally, the faux shutters on the street facing patio doors were removed and replaced by bi folding shutter doors and custom fabricated ring pull hardware.
